Abandoned mentally ill woman rescued

Mentally ill woman Sushina (name changed) rescued directly from mental hospital, Lagankhel by KOSHISH on March 11, 2014. She was seen abandoned on the street by nursing students. She was found naked and asking for the help. With the help of two nursing students she was brought to the mental hospital for treatment of mental illness but mental hospital refused to admit her just because of abandoned case. According to the local people, few days before she was raped by gang.

Now Sushila is in the Transit home of KOSHISH and receiving treatment for her mental illness. Her illness is diagnosed as schizophrenia. She is aware about her identity. She says her name, where is she from and about her family members.
