Koshish

KOSHISH organized a National Consultation and Report Sharing Program On Mental Health and GBV on 13th May 2019 which was graced by Honorable Minister Tham Maya Thapa, Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizen. There were participation from various ministries, constitutional bodies, INGOs, NGOs, CSOs and media personnel who discussed on the way forward to work on the issue of GBV and Psychosocial Issues following presentations from KOSHISH. Collaboration among various stakeholders, need for provincial and local government to prevent and minimize gender based violence and provide psychological services, monitoring and capacity building of rehabilitation centers, economic empowerment and livelihood support for GBV survivors and proper implementation of plans and programs were discussed during the program.
